CASPER Group

With passing time, the company has gradually developed from a narrowly specialised firm oriented exclusively on collection and servicing of portfolios with receivables into a Group with a broad range of activities. This consequently led to changes in the organisational structure, which resulted in merger of collection activities under the company CASPER UNION s.r.o. in 2015 and also the new organisational structure of the Group under the holding company CASPER GROUP a.s. was completed at the same time. CASPER PROPERTY s.r.o. was established for property management, auctions and sale of real estates. With regard to expected increase in investments and with the purpose to finance the Group’s activities, a new company CASPER FINANCING s.r.o. was established in 2020 and the company CASPER RECOVERY s.r.o. has been activated for specialised activities connected with receivables since 2021.

We have come across a number of very interesting business deals during the quarter century of our existence. We have administrated dozens of thousands of receivables on the level of tens of billions Czech crowns. We succeeded in twelve tenders within the sale of assets by the Consolidation Agency and for seven years, we had an exclusive cooperation with the biggest U.S. Bank – J.P. Morgan Chase. Further on, we have been cooperating with Raiffeisenbank Group, Santander Bank and a number of others since 2012. We are also active out of the Czech Republic, in Slovakia and in Hungary within acquisitions.

At current time, in total nine companies focused on servicing and collection of receivables, consulting activity, administration and lease of real estates, financial leasing, credits for transportation machines, alternative energy sources and sale of weapons and optical systems, belong to CASPER GROUP a.s. The Group’s turnover represented 456 million Czech crowns in 2019 and the Group elaborates consolidated financial statements according to the law.
